HOW CAN THIS BENEFIT YOU?
Multiple regulatory agencies create a variety of programs with similar intent that require somewhat different compliance and reporting requirements for the Federal and California EPA, and for OSHA - Cal / OSHA. This subjects you - the facility operator - to different reporting requirements, depending on the organization regulating you.
